Necessary equipment:
- Shorts (no metallic or plastic parts) and a T-Shirt
- Mouth piece
- Cup (genital protector) – men only
- 12 oz boxing gloves with a velcro strap (NO laces)
All necessary equipment can be purchased at the Pride store where our students receive a special discount.
